Filmmaker Submission Agreement
Version 2026-01
This agreement is accepted electronically before a submission can be sent. The signer's name, the version and the date are stored with the submission.
1. Ownership
You confirm that you own the submitted production or hold all rights necessary to authorize its distribution on Flo Cinema, including the underlying script, footage, music, performances and artwork.
2. Distribution authority
You authorize Flo Cinema to review, encode, host and stream the production on the platform, and to promote it using its artwork, trailer and synopsis. Submitting does not publish the title; publication requires Flo Cinema's review and approval.
3. Music and talent clearance
You confirm that all music, performances and locations appearing in the production are cleared for streaming distribution, or that you hold equivalent rights.
4. Downloads
Downloads are disabled unless you expressly grant download rights in writing. Any such grant must be recorded against the title before the download control is enabled.
5. Review and removal
Flo Cinema may decline, request changes to, hold, unpublish or remove a submission. You may withdraw a submission at any time from your filmmaker dashboard.
6. Electronic signature
Typing your full legal name and accepting this agreement is your electronic signature. It records your name, the agreement version and the date with the submission.
