Content Licensing Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms under which a rights holder licenses a title to Flo Cinema. Every published title must have a recorded licence reference.
Grant of rights
The rights holder grants Flo Cinema a non-exclusive right to stream the title on the Flo Cinema platform for the agreed term and territory. The grant does not transfer ownership.
Download rights are not granted unless expressly stated. Downloads are disabled by default for every title and are enabled only against a recorded written authorization.
Rights holder warranties
The rights holder warrants that they own or control all rights in the film, including music, performances, footage and artwork, and that nothing in the title infringes a third party's rights.
Term, territory and removal
Term, territory, credit requirements and revenue or promotional terms are recorded per title. A rights holder may request removal at any time, and the title is unpublished while the request is processed.
